Whispbar, a Yakima brand, makes thoughtfully designed, premium sport racks for adventure seeking car lovers. The kind of people who don’t want to compromise on the thrill of their sport, or the look and performance of their car. We created the “Uncompromised Challenge,” a social/digital sweepstakes that took place during the 2015 USA Pro Challenge Cycling race, to bring the uncompromising nature of Whispbar’s design to light. During the challenge, each day we proposed a new series of “Uncompromised” tasks to participants that were designed to correspond with a particular stage of the Pro Challenge.
To promote the Uncompromised Challenge we hit the streets of Colorado armed with a camera and the desire to get “The Shot.” The shot that would be inspiring enough to promote the Uncompromised Challenge and maybe encourage a sign-up or two. We got the shot. And we called it, “Pain.”
