So we let them do just that. We worked with Brine to build excitement for their lacrosse gear through Shootout—a mobile app where players can practice their shooting reflexes and compete with friends, all while using virtual Brine gear.
Within the first three weeks, Shootout had been downloaded 70,000 times, quickly becoming the #1 lacrosse game in the App Store. Fans loved it so much, we worked with Brine to release two sequels: Hotshot and Shootout 2. And as more and more players practiced their shots, Brine’s brand awareness and loyalty shot up.
