Adrienne Strange Returns to Young & Laramore as the Agency’s First SVP, Chief Client Officer.
Y&L alum comes home to drive collaboration, creativity and operational excellence.
November 17, 2025, Indianapolis, IN. Young & Laramore (Y&L) today announced that Adrienne Strange has rejoined the independent creative agency as its first SVP, Chief Client Officer. In this senior role, Strange will oversee Y&L’s client operations, ensuring client success, business growth and team performance across the agency. As part of the leadership team, she will report directly to President & CEO, Tom Denari.
Strange’s appointment marks a homecoming—she began her advertising career at Young & Laramore before moving on to senior leadership roles at GSD&M, where she served as VP, Account Director, leading large-scale, multi-channel work for the U.S. Air Force and other national brands. Her return comes as Y&L continues to grow its national client roster and build on its reputation for bold, results-driven creative. Her career has been defined by building trust-based client partnerships and developing strong, integrated teams.

As Chief Client Officer, Strange will partner with the agency’s creative, media, and strategy leads to deliver high-impact, results-driven work. She will lead Y&L’s client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
